Yes! You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your download link straight away. If it doesn’t show up, check your junk or spam folder just in case.

Absolutely. Just enter the recipient’s email address at checkout and the download link will go straight to them.

Your download link will be emailed to you immediately after payment. You can also access your files anytime by logging into your account and visiting your order history.

Each pack includes a link to an editable Canva template so you can add your child’s name and personalise the details before printing.

Your download link is available for 30 days and up to 5 downloads. If you have any issues accessing your files after this, just get in touch and I’ll sort it out for you.

Most items are designed for standard A4 paper. Specific sizes are noted on each product listing so you know exactly what to expect before you buy.

Yes! You can print at home on a standard inkjet or laser printer, or take the file to a local print shop like Warehouse Stationery. For the best results use white cardstock rather than regular copy paper.

Print as many copies as you need for your personal use. Files are for personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or redistributed.

Yes! Editable templates let you change names, dates, times, and other details yourself. Instructions are included with every pack to walk you through the process.

Editable files are provided in Canva which is free to use and works in your browser with no download needed. It’s the easiest option for most people.

Because these are instant digital downloads, refunds aren’t offered once the files have been accessed. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. If something isn’t right, get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

If there’s a technical issue or an error in your files, I’ll fix it or replace it. Just contact me with your order number and details of the problem.

Get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll see what I can do. If the files haven’t been downloaded yet, I may be able to swap it over for you.
